f7        Study Guide #1    Diaz de Leon due:

You won't know all of this right away, but don't wait until the last night to begin.  I recommend you work in groups.  You may turn in one answer set with all your names on it.  Remember group work allows you to collaborate on part of the first exam!  Do NOT divide the work up to do separately or you won't learn all the material for the exams.  It's the process, not the product that counts here!  Also save a copy of the work to study from.  I use the homework heavily when I write exams.

Vocabulary:

phylogeny       systematics     hierarchy       falsifiable

homeostasis          induction       convergence

deduction       hypothesis mutation        Natural selection

fitness         genetic         genetic variation

evolution
